 There is some accumulating evidence that recurrent attacks of migraine do harm cognition, and there is undoubtedly a higher likelihood of disease of the blood vessels of the brain, leading to stroke if attacks are not treated.

Actions to begin with


If the root cause of stress is anavoidazble, yoga or mindfulness is to practice everyday.


Shuger hunting, low carb and at least 2 liters a day is advised.


A minimum of 5 session a week is to practice. Finess, fast walk of swimming session.


Factors that seem to be closely associated with chronification of a preexisting headache include stressful life events, overuse of caffeine, and, especially, overuse of painkillers that have been (paradoxically) recommended for headache treatment or purchased over the counter.
