Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their physical, emotional, and psychological condition is stable enough to participate in the program. In case of doubt, they will consult a professional who can help them make an informed decision in this matter. The organizers cannot be held responsible for the participant's reaction to the use of the methods employed.

Because of their power, the content of the training courses requires expertise in accompanying the participants who follow them.

Any reproduction of the material used by unqualified persons is strictly forbidden and the right holders reserve the right to exercise all legal recourses. By accepting this agreement, participants agree not to share or reproduce the content for third parties, in whole or in part, whether for private or professional use, free of charge or for a fee.
The confidentiality of what is expressed in the exchange groups must be respected. Audio or video recordings by participants are not permitted.

The personal data collected during the program are anonymized and will not be sold to third parties under any circumstances. It may be kept for research purposes only and may be shared with our research partners to improve the case analysis tool.
The data may be stored for a period of 5 years.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of enrollment in a current program by the participant is not possible. In case of cancellation before the beginning of the program, a fixed fee of 50€ euros is non-refundable.

In case of payment by installments, the full amount is due upon payment of the first installment. The full payment is due whether the participant has attended the entire program or not.
​
The organizer reserves the right to cancel a program in case of an insufficient number of participants. The organizer also reserves the right to refuse any registration.

All our invoices are payable in cash unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of non-payment on the due date, they will be increased by right and without formal notice by a late payment interest calculated at the annual rate of 12% from the due date until full payment. They will also be increased by a fixed and irreducible penalty clause of 15% of the total amount of the invoice as damages, with a minimum of 75 €. In case of late payment of more than 30 days, we will transmit the file to a collection agency, and the costs related to this procedure (30% of the unpaid amount) will be charged to the participant and will be immediately added to the current invoice.

The acceptance by email of the present or the acceptance, the signature or the sending by email of a completed registration form, or the fact of checking a box of acceptance of the present conditions carries the adhesion without reserve to the present general conditions.

In case of contradiction between our general terms and conditions and those of the other party, only our general terms and conditions will apply. In case of dispute, Belgian law will be applicable and the courts of the judicial district of Brussels will have exclusive jurisdiction.
