After months of iterative experimentation, restructuring, live-case onboarding, and rapid prototyping, BSPG (BlackSwan PreCog) has now reached an important milestone:

What Is BSPG?
BSPG is an experimental situational-awareness and decision-support framework designed to help navigate:
uncertainty,
cognitive overload,
strategic blockage,
complex personal or organizational situations,
and high-noise environments.
Rather than attempting deterministic prediction, BSPG focuses on:
extracting signal from ambiguity,
structuring fragmented information,
identifying constraint patterns,
and helping clarify actionable next steps.
The project combines:
abductive reasoning,
systemic mapping,
narrative structuring,
contextual interpretation,
and human-in-the-loop analysis.
Why This Matters
Until recently, BSPG existed mostly as:

onboarding experiments,
and manual advisory workflows.
The new PoC changes that.
